Browsing this site
Cloudflare hosts this site and streams the films. Like any host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The fonts come from this site, so no font service sees your visit.
Privacy
What happens to your details.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. Your details reach me only when you email me or book a call.
Last updated 26 October 2026. Questions go to eric@ericmoorefilms.com.
Who handles what
Three services, and what each one sees.
The brief builder and worksheet
Both run in your browser. What you type stays on your device until you copy it or open it in your email app. The page itself sends nothing.
Mail to eric@ericmoorefilms.com is delivered by Google Workspace and kept in that inbox. I use it to reply and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
Booking a call
Calendly takes the booking: your name, email, answers and chosen time. The call runs on Google Meet and goes on my Google Calendar. Calendly's privacy notice covers its booking page.
What I keep
Enquiry emails and booking details, while we talk and, if we work together, for the project's records. I never sell them, add you to a mailing list or pass them to anyone beyond the services named here.
Your choices
Ask me to show, correct or delete what I hold about you, and I will, unless the law requires me to keep it, as with invoices. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
